We want you to love your lighting. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns


You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at metrostateshop@outlook.com with your order number.


Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Installed or damaged items not due to shipping


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
